Our Physician Executive MBA graduates often tell us that their interaction with their colleagues was the most gratifying part of the program. We want to make sure that the bonds you forge during your year of study don't end on graduation day. We encourage you to stay in touch—we want you to keep us up to date on your personal and professional accomplishments, but we also want you to remain involved with the program. As a PEMBA alum, you're one of our most valued assets!
Once you graduate, the PEMBA program office will connect you to a vital networking system that includes regular communication, special events, and continuing education. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with the larger community of University of Tennessee alumni.

Our annual symposium, held every April, provides you with an unforgettable opportunity to network with colleagues from your own graduating class as well as other alums, current PEMBA students, and faculty.
The event is programmed to help you recharge your batteries as a physician leader. Come and learn about the latest thinking and research regarding the business of medicine, earn continuing professional education credits, and meet new friends.
Upcoming Symposium Dates:
2014 | April 25-26, 2014
Our physician alumni have established a powerful tradition of giving to further the goals of the program. Our Physician Executive MBA Excellence Fund supports the program directly, including research and development. The Dr. Maceo "Mace" Braxton Jr. Outstanding Physician Award Endowment Fund, which was founded as a memorial to a beloved member of the 2007 PEMBA class, is awarded to a deserving individual to support his or her study in the program.
To donate to the PEMBA Excellence Fund, please visit the University of Tennessee online giving site or call +1 (865) 974-3011.
