Donating Financial Securities

The University of Tennessee is a tax-exempt non-profit organization and gratefully accepts donations of stock to assist in carrying out its mission. If you wish to make such a donation, please do the following. Arrange with your broker or financial institution to have the stock transferred to the account of The University of Tennessee. Please ask them to notate the stock transferred is for the Physician EMBA Excellence Fund and/or the Mace Braxton Outstanding Physician Award Endowment Fund. Donating Through Your Last Will and Testament

You may leave a lasting testimony by bequeathing a monetary gift, real estate, life insurance, property, stocks or securities in support of Physician Leadership. Here is a suggested form to use in your last will and testament.
I give and bequeath to The University of Tennessee whose address is Knoxville, Tennessee the sum of ............. dollars, real estate, property, stocks or securities, life insurance in the sum of ................ dollars for the Physician EMBA Excellence Fund for the purposes by which that fund was instituted.
