Don Clark , Ph.D.
Dr. Clark has taught graduate and undergraduate international economics at the University of Tennessee since 1978. Dr. Clark is the author of more than fifty publications that have appeared in leading economics journals, including the Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Business, the National Tax Journal, the Journal of Industrial Economics, and Economic Development and Cultural Change. His current research efforts are focused on nontariff measures, trade and environmental linkages, and preferential trading arrangements between industrial nations and developing countries. He is a consultant to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Dr. Clark recently served on the Board of Directors of the International Trade and Finance Association, and also served as Director of the UTK Taiwan Executive MBA Program.
Dr. Clark is a member of the American Economics Association, Southern Economics Association, Southwestern Social Science Association, and the International Trade and Finance Association.
